"Where there is a will, there is a way" is a saying meant to inspire someone to higher achievement. Unfortunately, it applies just as easily to motivate a thief! Read the story about a desperate identity thief who was caught red–handed with stolen escrow documents in the story titled "OFF–SITE shredding is dangerous."
